GUARANTEE TERMS

Generally, you have a right to claim under warranty against the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The warranty covers defective workmanship and material defects that reduce the value or usefulness of our product. Defects in the loudspeaker chassis caused by improper connection, electrical and mechanical overloading, e.g. by overdriving amplifiers, by mechanical damage or operation in damp rooms or by excessive sunlight, are excluded from the guarantee. Please refer to the labels on the back of the loudspeaker for the load capacity information according to DIN 45573. 

Should any faults occur, you can send the speaker boxes directly to us or give them to your dealer to pass on. We will then rectify the fault free of charge if your warranty claims are justified. This free warranty service requires that the boxes be sent in their original packaging and that a copy of the proof of purchase or the original warranty card be enclosed. Shipping is at the customer's risk. Warranty service will be refused if we detect any tampering with the box. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
